Habitat for Humanity of Southwest Utah Knows that Affordable Housing Changes Lives

At Habitat for Humanity of Southwest Utah, homeowners partner with us to build their homes! One of the benefits of becoming a partner is that they pay back a zero percent interest loan at 30% of their yearly income. We expect our home owners to attend education classes about financial literacy, put in 250+ hours of sweat equity, and they are expected to make on-time payments for the duration of their loan. Therefore, our home owners are not being over-burdened by their home costs and our home owners will be better equipped to raise their children and provide for their families.
